I am a functional fitness coach and athletic trainer who has coached people for 10,000+ hours in every level of fitness from advanced athletes to people who had never worked out and had problems just trying to move their bodies. Along the way I helped people resolve issues in their knees, hips, back, shoulders, and more. Even when they thought the only answer was surgery.
Through resolving my own pain and movement issues I became deeply vested in helping people restore their bodies, eliminating muscle and joint pain, and improving their movement and performance.
